Certifications & Quality
Does TrackSnare have quality certifications for its anti-tank mesh products?
Yes. Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management systems. Our products comply with relevant international standards including ASTM A641/A641M for zinc-coated steel wire and ISO 1461 for hot-dip galvanized coatings. We also provide material test certificates (MTC) and mill test reports with every shipment upon request. For government defense contracts, we can facilitate third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or other nominated inspection agencies.
Export & Compliance
Do you export to military and government buyers worldwide?
Yes. TrackSnare exports to defense ministries, border security agencies, military engineering units, and government procurement bodies across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. We are experienced in working with international defense contractors and can comply with end-user certificate requirements, ITAR-free sourcing, and local content regulations where applicable. All exports are conducted in accordance with Chinese foreign trade regulations and international sanctions frameworks.
Logistics & Shipping
What shipping methods do you use, and how long does delivery take?
We ship via standard sea freight (FCL or LCL containers) from Qingdao, Tianjin, or Shanghai ports. Typical ocean transit times are 15–30 days depending on destination. For urgent orders, we offer air freight via Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. We also handle all export customs clearance and documentation, including bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and any required export licenses. Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of order placement.
How is the anti-tank barrier net packaged for export?
Our anti-tank barrier nets are compressed, rolled, and strapped with galvanized steel bands, then wrapped in waterproof PP woven fabric for moisture protection during ocean transit. Each roll is labeled with product specifications, batch number, and gross/net weight. Rolls are packed in standard 20 ft or 40 ft containers, with a typical 20 ft container holding 800–1,200 rolls depending on the product type and wire gauge. Custom packaging (wooden crates, palletization, anti-static wrapping) is available upon request.
Pricing & Orders
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for TrackSnare products?
Our standard MOQ is 100 rolls per product line for stock anti-tank barrier nets. For MZP Putanka and concertina wire barriers, the MOQ is typically 50 units. However, we accommodate smaller trial orders (20–50 rolls) for first-time buyers or evaluation purposes. OEM/ODM orders and government procurement contracts may have different MOQ terms negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Contact our sales team for a quotation tailored to your specific volume requirements.
How are your anti-tank barrier products priced? Do you offer volume discounts?
TrackSnare pricing is FOB (Free on Board) from Chinese seaports and is based on product type, material grade, quantity, and any custom specifications. We offer tiered volume pricing — typically the per-unit price decreases at order quantities of 500+, 1,000+, and 5,000+ rolls. We also offer CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) pricing for buyers who prefer an all-inclusive delivered price. Request a formal quote through our contact page, and our team will respond within 24 hours with a detailed price breakdown.
What payment terms do you accept for international orders?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) bank wire, L/C (letters of credit) for larger government and military contracts, and for qualifying buyers we can arrange payment via Western Union or secure escrow. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. For established long-term buyers, we may offer more flexible payment arrangements subject to credit review.
Products & Specifications
What types of anti-tank barrier products does TrackSnare manufacture?
TrackSnare manufactures a full range of anti-tank wire mesh barriers including Anti-Tank Barrier Nets, MZP Putanka low-visibility wire obstacles, Tank Barrier Nets, and concertina/razor wire barriers. Our products are made from high-tensile galvanized steel wire and are designed for military perimeter defense, border security, and critical infrastructure protection. We also offer custom configurations for specialized defense requirements.
What are the technical specifications of your anti-tank barrier nets?
Our standard anti-tank barrier nets feature a 4-layer diamond-pattern wire construction with high-tensile steel wire (typically 2.5 mm to 4.0 mm diameter). The mesh dimensions are approximately 3 m × 25 m per roll, with a weight of 25–40 kg depending on wire gauge. The steel wire is hot-dip galvanized (HDG) with a zinc coating of 200–300 g/m², ensuring corrosion resistance for extended field deployment. Custom dimensions, wire gauges, and material grades (including SS304 and SS316 stainless steel) are available upon request.
What is the difference between an Anti-Tank Barrier Net and MZP Putanka?
An Anti-Tank Barrier Net is a structured diamond-pattern wire mesh deployed as a static fence-like obstacle to block or slow down armored vehicles. MZP Putanka (Russian for "tangle") is a different design — it consists of 4-layer wound wire coils that create a low-visibility entanglement hazard. Putanka is particularly effective because it blends with natural terrain and entangles tank tracks and wheels upon contact. Both products serve complementary roles: barrier nets for perimeter delineation and Putanka for ambush-style or concealed anti-vehicle defense.
